What we handle

Seven kinds of case make up nearly all of our work. Each page sets out who it suits, the steps, the documents and how long it takes.

  1. DTV Visa (Destination Thailand Visa)

Apply for the 5-year Destination Thailand Visa with a Chiang Mai team that prepares and checks every document. Full refund if your DTV is refused.

  2. DTV Extension by Mail

Extend your DTV stay by up to 180 days without visiting an office. Post your passport to our Chiang Mai office; we return it in about 7 working days.

  3. Education Visa (ED Visa)

Study Muay Thai or Thai in Chiang Mai, Bangkok or Sakon Nakhon on an education (ED) visa. We match you with the right school and handle the paperwork.

  4. Retirement Visa Extension

Renew your one-year retirement extension at Chiang Mai Immigration. We prepare the file, help with the bank letter and go with you on the day.

  5. Visa-Exempt Stay Extension (30 Days)

Entered Thailand visa-free? Extend your stay by 30 days at Chiang Mai Immigration. We prepare forms, photos and TM30, done the same or next day.

  6. Work Permit & Non-B Business Visa

Work legally in Thailand. We help employers and employees in Chiang Mai prepare Non-B visa, extension and work permit applications.

  7. 90-Day Report & TM30 Notification

We file your 90-day report and TM30 address notification in Chiang Mai. On your first report we collect your passport at home and return it the same day.

From first message to new stamp

Most cases follow the same four stages. You know the full fee before anything starts.

  1. Message us

Tell us your nationality, current visa and plans on WhatsApp, LINE, Messenger or WeChat. The first consultation is free.

  2. Get a clear plan and quote

We recommend the visa route that fits, list the documents you need and send you a quote before you commit.

  3. We prepare and check everything

We check every document before submission, book the appointments and, where needed, collect your passport or go with you to Immigration.

  4. Stay on track

You get your visa or extension, and we remind you about 90-day reports, extensions and renewals.

Who you are dealing with

NomadNest Company Limited is a Thai company registered with the Department of Business Development (no. 0505567008614). We work from an office on Huai Kaew Road in Chang Phueak, open Monday to Friday, so you always know where your passport is and who is handling it. The team speaks English, Chinese and Thai, and deals with Immigration in Thai on your behalf.

Most visa delays come from small mistakes, so every page is checked against the current requirements before anything is filed. Couples, families and friends can be handled together, with one contact person and one timeline. We do not publish testimonials on this site; you can read what clients have written on our Facebook page and Google Maps listing.

Questions we answer every week

How do I get started?

Send us a message on WhatsApp, LINE, Messenger or WeChat, or use the form on our contact page. Tell us your nationality, current visa and plans, and we will recommend the right route. The first consultation is free.

How much do your services cost?

Fees depend on the visa, your nationality and your situation, so we do not publish a price list. Message us for a quote; you will know the full fee before you commit.

Can I leave Thailand while my visa is being changed or extended?

In principle you should stay in Thailand until the new visa or extension is issued, except for applications that must be made from abroad. If you genuinely need to travel, contact us first.

Do I need to go to Immigration in person for my 90-day report?

No. On your first 90-day report we collect your passport and TM30 receipt from your residence and return them the same day the report is completed. After that, keep your details up to date with us and we file each report at the right time.

I do not live in Chiang Mai. Can you still help?

Yes, for some services. DTV applications and DTV extensions by mail work from anywhere in Thailand. Services that need a visit to Chiang Mai Immigration, such as retirement and visa-exempt extensions, are for clients in Chiang Mai.

Which languages do you speak?

English, Chinese and Thai. You can message us in any of them.

Not sure which visa fits you?

Tell us your situation and we will recommend the right route — free, no obligation.
