1. What we do
NomadNest provides visa consultation, document preparation, application assistance and related services in Thailand. We are a private company. We are not part of Thai Immigration, any embassy or any other government agency.
2. Visa decisions
Every visa, extension and permit is decided by the relevant government authority. We cannot control or promise the outcome of any application, and requirements can change without notice.
The only exception to this is our DTV visa service: if a DTV application we prepare is refused, we refund our service fee in full. Any other refund terms for a specific service are agreed with you in writing before you pay.
3. Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but immigration rules and practice change often and can differ between offices. The content is general information, not legal advice. Please check your situation with us or with the authorities before you act. For legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer.
4. Your responsibilities
When you use our services, you agree to:
- give us accurate, complete and truthful information;
- provide documents that are genuine, valid and not altered;
- tell us promptly about changes that affect your case, such as a new passport or address;
- follow the laws and rules that apply to your stay in Thailand.
We will not submit documents we believe are false or misleading, and we may stop working on a case if we are asked to.
5. Quotes and payment
We do not publish prices on this website. Message us for a quote. The scope, fee and any refund terms of a service are confirmed with you before work starts.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NomadNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by:
- delays, refusals or changes in decisions by government authorities;
- errors or omissions in information or documents provided by you or by third parties;
- reliance on general information on this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

This website links to third-party websites and apps (for example Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE and government websites). We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content or availability.
