Content Manager
Chiang Mai, Thailand · 20,000–25,000 baht per month
We are looking for a Content Manager to plan and produce the content that introduces NomadNest to new clients on social media and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create and publish visual and video content on the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others), following your manager’s direction and the marketing calendar.
- Develop and run content and advertising strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and new enquiries.
- Design visual assets with tools such as Canva and edit videos when needed.
- Work closely with the marketing and design team so that messaging stays consistent and quality stays high.
- Review customer service conversations to keep quality and tone in line with our brand.
- Track content performance (views, likes, shares, conversions) and prepare regular reports to improve future campaigns.
- Research industry trends and competitors to keep the content strategy relevant.
- Support other teams with content such as presentations, promotional materials and internal communications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solid experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and good practice.
- An analytical mindset: you read the data and adjust the plan.
- A positive attitude, creativity and willingness to learn new tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and similar).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, copywriting or website content management (for example WordPress or Shopify).
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience making short-form video for Reels or TikTok.
